Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a job, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), your suburb and property address, photos of your property, and the details of the work you'd like done.
We also keep records of the jobs we do, our messages with you, invoices and payments, and the chemical spray records Victorian law requires us to keep.
Why we collect it
To quote, book and do the work, keep you updated about your visits, send invoices, and keep the records we're legally required to keep. We only contact you about your quotes and jobs.
Who can see it
Your details are kept private. We never sell them or share them with anyone for their marketing.
We use a small number of trusted business tools to run things, such as our customer system for quotes and messages, our accounting software for invoices, and our website host. These services store information on our behalf and may store it outside Australia.
Photos of your property
We use photos to quote accurately and to record the work we've done. We will only use photos of your property in our advertising with your permission, and never with your address or anything that identifies you.
How long we keep it
We keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires (generally 5 years for business records, and at least 2 years for spray records). After that, we delete them.
This website
This website may use cookies or similar tools to understand how it's used and to measure our advertising. They don't tell us who you are.
Seeing or correcting your details
