Questions people ask
Can't see yours? Call 0468 160 634 or email info@groundsetmaintenance.com.au.
Is the quote free?+
Yes. Fill in the quote form with a few photos and we'll text you a price, usually the same day. No obligation.
Are you insured?+
Yes, and we didn't go cheap on it. We carry $20 million public and products liability insurance, the highest level of cover commonly available. We care about our customers, so if anything ever goes wrong, you and your property are properly covered, and so are we. A certificate is available on request.
Do I need to be home?+
No, as long as we can get in. Leave the side gate unlocked and let us know about any pets. If you're not home, we'll send you photos of the finished work.
Do you take the green waste away?+
Clippings and cuttings go in your green bin at no extra cost. We can also remove all extra green waste for you, so nothing is left cluttering your yard. Removal is priced in your quote, depending on how much there is.
What if it rains?+
If it's too wet to work, your visit moves to the next suitable day and we'll let you know.
How can I pay?+
We take all forms of payment. You'll get an online invoice once the job is done, and payment is only due after the work is completed, with nothing upfront. For larger jobs, we may ask for a deposit.
Do you use chemicals? Are they safe for pets?+
It depends on the product. Before we spray, we'll talk you through what we're using and how long to keep children and pets off the area. We're ChemCERT accredited and keep a written record of every spray.
Which areas do you cover?+
All of Melbourne. We're based in Epping in Melbourne's north.
Do you do one-off jobs?+
Yes. One-off mows, hedges, garden beds and more. Every quote also includes a regular-visit price in case you want to keep it looking good.
Do you do commercial or strata sites?+
Yes, for maintenance. Call or email to talk it through: 0468 160 634 or info@groundsetmaintenance.com.au.
